True massage therapy bodywork is more than just pampering. Massage therapy is actually a powerful ally to preventing and alleviating pain, discomfort, and the most deadly of all– stress.

Aside from just making you feel good, massages help decrease anxiety, enhance your sleep quality, improve concentration and energy, detox your muscles, increase circulation, and reduce fatigue.

Our massage therapy sessions can be either a 60 minutes, 90 minutes, or a full 120 minutes. Your choice! We do allot 5 to 10 minutes of your session to communicate about your issues and allow you to get undressed to your comfort level.

You can also include a 30 minute energy cleansing session with a 60-minute massage for a 90 minutes of holistic hands-on healing.

You are also welcome to work with different massage therapists as different strokes work for different folks (literally). So, whichever massage therapist you choose to go with, we’ll make sure that whomever you choose is fully informed of your history. We encourage cross-communication between our chiropractors, massage therapists, and our Pilates instructor. Each massage therapist specializes in a unique modality, and we want them to work in their “thrive zone,” just as much we want you to walk out of our massages feeling ready to thrive!
